Our graduate Mr. Yap Zuo Sheng has grabbed home the Daikin Youth Design Competition 2023 Gold award !
The Daikin Youth Design Competition 2023 aimed to inspire young designers in Malaysia to create innovative and sustainable design solutions for the future. The competition this year was centered on the theme “Create Your Future Space,” ; the Daikin team encouraged participants to integrate the principles of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their designs. Open to local Interior Design students , architecture, and related fields, the competition wanted to promote environmentally responsible and forward-thinking designs, ultimately contributing to better city living by 2030.
When asked Mobius Academy graduate, Mr. Yap Zuo Shengs about why he participated and how he feels about the results, he said: “I did it because I wanted to, and achieving this result felt very affirming and encouraging for myself. Compared to happiness, I feel even more gratitude to everyone who has supported me. Thank you all.”
